Delivery of goods from a specific manufacturer is guaranteed solely on the basis of mutual agreement within the demand procedure and at the same time when stating this requirement in the order or purchase contract for goods and is subsequently confirmed in writing (depending on availability at a particular supplier) by Primapol.
